At the end of 2019 K and B Installations ran a FREE bathroom giveaway. People could nominate someone they knew who was in need of a new bathroom. There were so many heart felt nominations and one in particular stood out. The recipient of a completely supplied, installed and tiled bathroom was chosen but with lockdown and all it entailed soon after things had to be put on hold until August.
Finally in august the bathroom was completed for the lovely recipient Michelle and her two young boys. Michelle had sadly lost her husband when she was pregnant and now single handedly raising twin boys who have autism. It was obvious that installing a new bathroom was not something she would be able to do in the near future.
Before it was completed the bathroom was in need of a complete overhaul. We supplied a full bathroom suite with new bath, toilet sink, cabinet, taps and electric shower, fulling tiling the walls. The flooring was kindly donated and installed by another local family business Kimbers (www.kimberscarpets.co.uk)
Michelle and the boys are now fully enjoying their bathroom, and we are pleased to have made bathroom that little bit easier for them.
